摘  要:调节性T细胞(Treg)能够调控异常的免疫应答,包括对自身及外来抗原的耐受。其能够直接或间接的作用于效应性细胞,发挥其免疫抑制作用,维持免疫稳态。并能表达多种不同的标记物,分泌多种不同的细胞因子;而且不同种类的Treg细胞所表达及依赖的细胞因子又有所不同。细胞因子间的相互作用能够维持Treg的稳态,一旦由于某些因素导致这个复杂且精细的调节网络偏移,则会导致诸多相关疾病的产生。因此对Treg及其相关标记物、相关细胞因子及其之间的关系的了解很有必要。本文从多个方面对Treg细胞进行综述。Regulatory T cells (Treg) can regulate abnormal immune response, including the tolerance of its autologous and foreign antigens. It can directly or indirectly acts on the effector cells, and play a role in the immunosuppression, so as to maintain immune homeostasis. It can express an abundant of different markers and secrete a variety of cytokines; And that different kinds of Tregs expressed and releyed on different cytokines. The interaction between the cytokines can sustain Treg's homestasis. Once due to some factors lead to the migration of the complex and delicate regulatory network, that will lead to a number of related diseases. So the understanding between Treg and its related markers and its relationship is necessary. This article from the following aspects of Treg cells were reviewed.
