2011～2015年济南市平阴县水痘流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的 了解近5年济南市平阴县水痘流行特征.方法 利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中济南市平阴县2011~2015年水痘疫情资料,进行分析.结果 2011~2015年济南市平阴县累计报告水痘病例716例,2011~2015年水痘年报告发病率（/10万）分别为27.58、41.52、45.48、35.55和42.01,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.2011~2015年水痘年均报告发病率（/10万）城区为69.34,农村为24.10,城区高于农村,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 2011~2015年平阴县水痘发病率较高,且以学生和托幼儿童为主,需进一步加强防治工作.Objective To understand the past five years ofjinan pingyin chickenpox epidemic characteristics. Methods Using China information system of disease prevention and control in jinan pingyin county in 2011 -2015 chickenpox epidemic data, are analyzed.Results From 2011 to 2015 in jinan pingyin county has reported chickenpox cases 716 cases,2011-2015 chickenpox report incidence （/100000） were 27.58,41.52,45.48,35.55, and 42.01（P〈0.01）.Ineidence of chickenpox annual reports fi＇om 201l to 2015 （100000）/city of 69.34,rttml is 24.10,the city is higher than the countryside（P〈0.01）.Conelusion The incidence of pingyin county from 2011 to 2015 chickenpox is higher, and give priority to with students and nursery children, need to further strengthen prevention and control work.
