摘  要:为了选出适合轴类材料表面划伤修复的最佳技术,分别采用电火花堆焊方法、氩弧堆焊方法及手工电弧堆焊方法在同一焊接母材上进行同类焊接试验,研究了母材至各堆焊层之间硬度的分布情况,并探讨了各堆焊层的组织及合金元素的过渡情况。结果表明,电火花堆焊层与母材合金元素过渡均匀,结合良好,其硬度的变化区域较窄,焊接热影响区的范围最小,利用电火花堆焊技术更有利于成功修复轴类材料表面损伤。In order to select the optimum technology for axial surface scratch repair, respectively, by adopting the method of electric spark surfacing welding, argon arc welding method and manual arc welding method, the welding test was carried out on the same welding parent metal to carry out. It studied the hardness distribution from base metal to surfacing welding layer,and discussed the microstructures and alloy elements transition conditions of surfacing layer. The results indicated that the transition of spark surfacing layer and base metal alloy element is uniform, good bonding, the hardness change area is relatively narrow, the welding heat affected zone is minimum, using electric spark surfacing technology is more conducive to the successfully repair axial surface damage.
