摘　　要：为了保证管线的运营安全,特别是在寒冷地区管线用钢的低温韧性,对管线用钢X70/X80厚板进行了低温裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验。试验结果表明,该等级的管线用钢板具有良好的抗开裂能力,能够满足制管要求。同时讨论了CTOD试验过程中样品制备、试验结果有效性检测以及特征CTOD值的确定等相关问题,在此基础上给出了管线用厚钢板CTOD认证试验的思路、方法、实践经验及改进意见。In order to ensure pipeline operation safety, especially the low temperature toughness of pipeline steel in a cold district, the CTOD test for pipeline steel X70/X80 thick plates was carried out. Test results showed that the steel plates of X70/X80 steel grade are with good ability to resist cracking, can meet the requirements of steel pipe making. In this article,it discussed sample preparation in CTOD test, test results validity detection and the determination of characteristic CTOD values and so on. Based on this, the idea, method, practice experience and improvement suggestions of pipeline steel thick plates CTOD certification test were given.
