摘 要:为了进一步推进自蔓延高温合成技术在高钢级陶瓷内衬SEW管制备中的应用,以及新型高钢级自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管在油气管道中的应用,介绍了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管的制备原理,以及离心铝热法和重力分离法两种工艺。综述了目前国内外针对自蔓延高温合成工艺参数、铝热剂成分及外加物理场等因素对陶瓷内衬复合钢管性能影响的研究现状,并展望了新型高钢级自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管在油气管道应用中的发展前景。In order to further promote the application of self-propagating high temperature synthesis technology in high steel grade ceramic lining SEW pipe prepartion, as well as the application of new type high steel grade self-propagating high temperature synthesis ceramic lining composite pipe in oil and gas pipeline. It introduced the prepartion theory of self-propagating high temperature synthesis ceramic lining composite pipe and two processes, including centrifugal thermic process and gravity separation method. It summarized research status of the effect of some respects on ceramic lining composite pipe performance, such as self-propagating high temperature synthesis parameters, thermit composition, outer physical fields and so on. And prospected the development prospects of a new type of high steel grade self-propagating high temperature synthesis ceramic lining composite pipe in oil and gas pipeline.
