摘　　要：为了使钢材产品满足不同客户需求,实现服务多样化,提高服务质量和市场竞争力,对L290M/X42M管线钢进行了多样化产品设计,设计内容包括化学成分、热轧工艺、生产工艺流程。通过对不同客户提出的特殊要求进行案例分析和设计说明,以攻克产品的低温落锤撕裂性能和耐极寒冲击性能技术指标难点。试验结果证明,多样化设计得到的L290M/X42M管线钢理化性能完全符合相关标准要求。In order to make steel product meet the demands of the different customers, to realize diversification of service, to increase service quality and market competitiveness, it proceeded a diversification product design for L290M/X42 M linepipe steel, the design contents included chemical compositions, hot rolled process, production technology process. It conducted case analysis and design description according to the special requirements of different customer, so as to conquer the technical difficulties of low temperature drop weight tear and cold shock resistance performance index. The test results proved that the physical and chemical properties of L290M/X42 M pipeline steel can fully meet the revelant standards requirements.
