摘　　要：为了满足深海脐带缆的生产、运输和用户作业的需要,在制造脐带缆前需要将每根12-40 m的双相不锈钢无缝钢管焊接成最长20 km的卷盘。对此提出了一种海洋深水脐带缆超级双相不锈钢管盘管装置,并对其张紧装置、助卷辊、工字轮式盘卷机构等主要设备进行了阐述。试验结果表明,该卷取装置为无扭有张力卷取,盘卷密度高,能够获得大质量盘卷;试制盘卷的力学性能完全符合ISO 13628-5—2009等有关标准要求,该卷取装置可以满足实际生产的需要。In order to meet the requirements of production, transportation and customer operation for deep-sea umbilical cable, before manufacturing umbilical cable, need to weld each 12 -40 m duplex stainless steel seamless steel tube into a reel up to 20 km. In this article,it put forward a kind of coiled tube machine of deep-sea umbilical cable super duplex stainless pipes, and introduced its main device, such as tension device, wrapper roll, H wheel coiling mechanism and so on.Test results indicated that the device is tension coiling without twist, the coil is with high density, and can get large quantity coil. The mechanical properties of the trial production coil are completely in conformity with the requirements of ISO 13628-5—2009 and other relevant standards, the coiled tube machine can meet the needs of actual production.
