摘  要:为了找出水冷壁管高负荷区频繁发生泄漏事故产生的原因,通过查阅资料、宏观检查、壁厚测量及强度校核、硬度测定、金相分析、力学性能分析、胀粗测量等方法对事故水冷壁管进行了分析。结果表明,垢下腐蚀是导致水冷壁管腐蚀穿孔泄漏的直接原因,汽水品质差、低负荷运行等不合理运行因素是水冷壁频繁泄漏的根本原因。实践表明,在高压等级范围的电站锅炉,当水质不达标时容易发生类似缺陷。The leakage accident of water wall tube frequently occurred in high load area, in order to find the cause, it analyzed the water wall tube for the accident through consulting data, macroscopic examination, wall thickness measurement and strength check, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, mechanical performance analysis, measuring expansion and other methods. The results showed that the underdeposit corrosion is the direct reason lead to corrosion and perforation; poor quality steam water, low load operation and other unreasonable operation factors are the primary cause of frequent leakage of water wall. Practice showed that the power station boiler easily occurred similar defects in the high pressure range, when the water quality is not up to the standard.
