摘 要:[目的]研究不同自交代数对西葫芦种子和花粉质量的影响。[方法]选择自交系代数F_2、F_3、F_4、高代自交系F_7,检测每一代花粉质量和种子质量。[结果]随着自交代数的不断增加,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等各项指标均呈下降趋势。F_2、F_3、F_4代间发芽率、活力指数退化不明显,发芽势、发芽指数有明显退化现象,到了F_7代,以上所有指标均表现明显退化现象。各代花粉生活力未表现退化现象,但F_7代花粉重量显著降低,退化严重。[结论]随着西葫芦自交代数的增加,种子质量明显退化,花粉重量明显降低,花粉生活力退化不明显。[Objective]To study the effects of generations of selfing on the quality of summer squash seeds and pollen. [Method]Pollen quality and seeds quality of the generations F2,F3,F4 and high inbred F7 were detected. [Result] The results showed that the generation rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds were declined with the increase of the number of selfing. The degradation of germination rate and vitality index was not significant in F2,F3 and F4,but the germination potential and germination index was declined significantly. All the above indicators showed significant degradation after F7 generation. The pollen viability showed no degradation,but pollen weight was significantly degraded in F7. [Conclusion] The degeneration of seeds quality and the decrease of pollen weight were significant with the increase of the inbred generation,while the decrease of the pollen viability was not significant.
