摘 要:[目的]建立饲料级磷酸盐中磷的快速测定方法。[方法]采用分光光度法研究了磷酸盐中总磷含量的测定条件,并与国标方法进行比较测定了不同种类饲料级磷酸盐样品。[结果]优化后的测试条件为:测试波长420 nm,显色酸度控制在0.5-1.0 mol/L,显色温度不低于15℃,显色时间20-30 min。方法回收率97.5%-100.1%,比较2种方法测定各样品的结果,均满足标准要求。[结论]采用分光光度法测定饲料级磷酸盐中磷的含量,方法简单、快捷,可以满足标准要求的准确度和精密度。[Objective] To establish a method for the rapid determination of the phosphorus in feed-grade phosphate.[Method]The concentration of phosphorus in phosphate was determined by spectrophotometry method. Different types of feed-grade phosphate samples were detected and compared by national standard method. [Result] The optimized detection condition was as follows: 420 nm detection wavelength,0. 5-1. 0mol / Lchromogenic acidity,color developing temperature greater than 15 ℃,and 20-30 min color developing time. Under this condition,the recovery rate was 97. 5%-100. 1%. The results of two methods all met the requirement of standard. [Conclusion]Phosphorus content in feedgrade phosphate detected by spectrophotometry method is proved to be easy,rapid and accurate.
