摘　　要：民生幸福是"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念的根本使命,知识产权强国建设是五大发展理念的重要支撑,是民生幸福的重要路径。在剖析知识产权与民生幸福的内在关联性、实证分析知识产权对民生幸福的影响效应的基础上,基于五大发展理念提出了知识产权促进民生幸福的政策建议。People＇ s livelihood happiness is the fundamental mission of five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing. Meanwhile, the construction of intellectual property powerhouse is a vi- tal support for the five development concepts and a critical path to people＇ s livelihood happiness. To demonstrate the inner relationship between intellectual property and people＇ s livelihood happiness, this paper empirically inves- tigates the effects of intellectual property on people＇ s livelihood happiness, and puts forward several policy propos- als, based on the five development concepts, for promoting people＇ s livelihood happiness.
