山东省区域产业竞争力及其空间格局

摘　　要：文章基于山东省17个设区城市19个行业2004和2014年的面板数据,分别运用偏离份额分析方法的传统模型和空间模型、区位熵及GIS技术,对山东省各市产业竞争力及其空间格局进行了综合分析。研究结果表明:参照区域分量对山东各市各产业增长的贡献最大,各市各产业发展主要决定于其原有基础,经济发达的半岛城市群地区经济总增长量居前;产业结构分量和相邻区域产业结构分量较大的均为济南和青岛,其产业结构效益好,相邻区域的产业发展有利于促进本市产业发展,产业结构分量较小的主要为传统资源性城市,其产业结构亟需调整转型;竞争力分量较大的主要为鲁南城市带的城市,其后发优势较大,相邻区域竞争力分量较大的为临沂、烟台、滨州、泰安和德州,这些城市比其邻近区域产业增长速度快,竞争力分量和相邻区域竞争力分量较小的均为济南、青岛和东营市,其产业基数大,但增长速度放缓,其相邻区域的产业增长有利于本市各产业发展;山东产业优势存在明显区域差异,济南、青岛等经济发达城市的产业综合优势明显高于其他城市。根据研究结果,提出了各市产业发展建议。Based on the panel data of 19 sectors from 17 prefecture-level cities of Shandong province in 2004 and 2014,bothshift-share analysis of the traditional model and spatial model and location quotient as well as GIS are applied to make a com-prehensive analysis on industrial competitiveness and its spatial pattern of cities in Shandong province. The results show that：The effect of regional component is the most important to the economic growth of all cities in the province. The rate of the totaleconomy and the industries of all cities are mainly determined by their original foundation,the regional economic growth ofShandong peninsula urban agglomeration remains the top;Both industrial structure components and that of the adjacent areasof Jinan and Qingdao are the most,whose industrial structure benefits have advantages. The industrial structure components oftraditional resource cities are low,whose industrial structure needs to be changed;The adjacent regional competitiveness com-ponents of Linyi,Yantai,Binzhou,Taian and Dezhou are high,whose industrial growth rates are higher than that of adjacent ar-eas. Both competitive components and that of the adjacent areas of Jinan,Qingdao and Dongying are low,whose total industrialbase are large but the industrial growth rates are low;There are obvious regional differences of industrial advantage in Shan-dong province,the industrial comprehensive advantages of Jinan,Qingdao and other economically developed cities are obvioushigher than that of other cities. Based on the results,the regional economic development proposals are put forward.
