摘 要:目的利用图像处理软件对踝关节韧带及骨折建可视化数字模型。方法对1例踝关节行螺旋CT扫描,经剪切、分割、表面重建及体绘制等步骤,对踝关节的肌腱和内固定物进行三维重建,获得立体形态的骨折块、内置物与软组织之间的位置结构。结果重建的三维结构可以多彩色、透明或任意组合显示,整体显示清晰、实体感强,可清楚地观察内置物位置形态,特别是可以立体直观地显示骨折块复位的程度,骨折与周围肌腱的关系,并可进行精确测量。结论踝关节软组织及骨折三维重建对基础研究、临床试验、手术规划及教学具有重要价值。Objective To use image processing software to develop a digital visualization model for ankle joint ligament and fracture. Methods One case of ankle joint line of spiral CT scanning was performed. The process included the shear, steps, segmentation, surface reconstruction and volume rendering. The 3D reconstruction of the ankle ligaments, tendons and internal fixation were performed. The stereoscopic morphology of fractures, implants and tissue between the locations of the structure were acquired. Results The reconstruction of three-dimensional structure can be more colorful, transparent, or with any combination pictures and strong sense of entity. The location and form of implants could be clearly observed especially, fracture block could be displayed, and the relationship between the surrounding soft tissue can be accurately measured. Conclusion Ankle soft tissue and fracture 3D reconstruction can be used for basic research, clinical trials, surgery planning and teaching.
