摘  要:研究了过氧乙酸对仪纶针织物漂白白度及织物强力的影响,对过氧乙酸漂白的质量浓度、p H、温度、时间、浴比等工艺参数进行了分析。结果表明,经过氧乙酸漂白处理后,仪纶织物的CIE白度最好可达到60以上,而强度降可小于15%,满足后续染整加工的需要。在相同的过氧乙酸有效质量浓度下,经过2次漂白后仪纶织物的白度高于1次漂白的。优化的过氧乙酸漂白工艺条件:有效过氧乙酸质量浓度15~20 g/L,温度100℃,p H=3~4,时间90 min,焦磷酸钠质量浓度5 g/L。The effects of peracetic acid on the bleaching whiteness and fabric strength of the YILON knitted fabric were investigated. The parameters such as mass concentration, p H value, temperature, time, bath ratio were analyzed in peracetic acid bleaching process. The results showed that the highest whiteness value of YILON fabric reached 60, and the decrease of fabric strength was lesser than 15% after peracetic acid bleaching treatment, which met the requirements of the subsequent dyeing and finishing. The whiteness value of YILON fabric through twice bleaching treatment was higher than that through once bleaching treatment with the same effective concentration of peracetic acid. The optimum bleaching process was as follow: effective concentration of peracetic acid 15~20 g/L, treating temperature 100 ℃, p H value 3~4, treating time 90 min, sodium pyrophosphate 5 g/L.
