摘 要:探究亚麻纤维经过树脂整理剂整理前后的吸-脱附性能、孔径分布、热稳定性及透气、透湿性能。通过物理/化学吸附仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、同步热分析仪(DTA-TG)等对纯亚麻和整理后亚麻的性能做了测试。研究发现,亚麻织物经过改性DMDHEU树脂整理后,热稳定性和透气、透湿性虽有所降低,但亚麻纤维表面的孔径均匀、集中在2~10 nm,亚麻纤维上孔数量减少,亚麻纤维的表面变得光滑,穿着更加舒适、健康。The paper is aimed at exploring the adsorption-desorption properties, pore size distribution, thermal stability, air and moisture permeability changes of original linen and finished linen. These properties of original linen fiber and finished linen fiber were measured with the physical/chemical adsorption instrument, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and simultaneous thermal analysis(DTA-TG). The results indicated that thermal stability, air and moisture permeability of the finished linen fabric were reduced after modified DMDHEU resin finishing, compared with original linen fabric. But the surface of the finished linen fabric showed uniform pore size that centralized in the 2~10 nm. Also, the number of hole was reduced and the fiber surface became smooth, and also be more comfortable and healthy for wearing.
