摘  要:【目的】明确河南鸡公山产小鱼仙草挥发油的抑菌活性,掌握其化学组分,为小鱼仙草的开发应用提供理论依据。【方法】通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取采自河南鸡公山的小鱼仙草挥发油,采用生长速率法测定挥发油对4种植物病原真菌(番茄灰霉病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和莴苣菌核病菌)的熏蒸抑制作用,并用气相色谱—质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析挥发油的化学组分。【结果】小鱼仙草挥发油对供试4种植物病原真菌菌丝生长均有强烈的熏蒸抑制作用,半最大效应浓度(EC50)均低于10.00μL/皿;GC-MS法从小鱼仙草挥发油中共分离出22个组分,鉴定了20个组分,占挥发油总量的98.822%;挥发油的主要组分为桉树脑(64.684%)、β-蒎烯(7.963%)、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(5.239%)和β-水芹烯(4.673%)等。【结论】河南鸡公山产小鱼仙草的挥发油对植物病原真菌有强烈的熏蒸抑制作用,可作为熏蒸剂应用于植物病害防控。Objective]In order to provide theoretical references for development and applocation of Mosla dianthera, the antifungal activity and chemical constituents of essential oil from M. dianthera in Jigong Mountain of Henan were investigated. [Method]Essential oil was extracted from M. dianthera by steam distillation, and through fumigation, its inhibitory effects on four plant pathogenic fungi namely Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied by determining growth rate. Meanwhile, chemical constituents of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. [Result]Essential oil from M. dianthera showed strongly inhibitory effect on growth of four target plant pathogenic fungi , and its 50% effective concentration ( EC50 ) was less than 10 μL/dish . Twenty-two chemical constituents were isolated from essential oil, and 20 of which were identified, accounting for 98.822%of total essential oil. The main chemical constituents of essential oil were eucalyptol(64.684%), β-pinene(7.963%), 1,3,6-octatriene,3,7-dimethyl-,(Z)-(5.239%), and β-phellandrene(4.673%) etc. [Conclusion]Through fumigation, essential oil from M. dianthera in Jigong Mountain of Henan shows strongly inhibitory effect on plant pathogenic fungi, which is used as a fumigant for controlling plant disease in the future.
