摘 要:本文以丙烯酸酯类单体为主要原料,采用种子半连续乳液聚合工艺,制备了一款性能良好用于双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜的水性丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶。主要研究了链转移剂硫醇和极性单体丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)用量及链转移试剂和极性单体(AA、HPA)的不同加入方式对压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明:当硫醇用量为0.5%,AA用量(占总单体量,下同)为5.6%,HPA为5.1%,HEA为4.2%,其中硫醇部分分批加入,AA和HPA以方式3加入时,可显著提高压敏胶的粘结性能。Acrylic monomers as the main raw material, foilowing semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process achieved a kind of films with waterborne acrylate emulsion adhesives, wwih can be wed for BOPP the study mainly focus ed on the effect dosage of chain transfer agents and polar monomers, (acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyl ethyl acrylate (HEA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA)), and on the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive the different way adding chain transfer reagent and polar monomer (AA, HPA). It is concluded that when AA (amount to total amount of monomer, similarly hereinafter) was 5.6%, the HPA was 5.1%, HEA was 4.2%, partial wadding mercaptan, adding AA and HPA with way of three, it can significantly improve the bonding performance of pressure sensitive adhesive.
