摘　　要：目的探讨Fibulin-2在诊断乳腺基底膜连续性方面的准确性。方法 150例乳腺癌患者的标本经Fibulin-2染色来判断基底膜的连续性,并经过病理科医师进行免疫组化诊断,比较两种方法的诊断结果。结果 Fibulin-2在诊断乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织基底膜连续性方面的准确度分别为89.3%、92.7%,敏感度为90.4%、98.5%,特异度分别为87.5%、81.3%。结论 Fibulin-2对乳腺基底膜连续性的判断具有很高的准确性。Objective To explore the accuracy of Fibulin-2 in the diagnosis of the continuity of the breast basement membrane. Methods The continuity of the basement membrane of 150 patients with breast cancer was determined by Fibulin-2 and the pathological immunohistochemical diagnosis respectively. Diagnosis results were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy of Fibulin-2 in breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissue was 89. 3% and 92. 7% respectively. The sensitivity was 90. 4% and 98. 5%,and the specificity was 87. 5% and 81. 3% respectively. Conclusion Fibulin-2 has high accuracy in judging the continuity of the breast basement membrane.
