摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,农村集体土地所有权问题逐渐成为重要的研究议题。目前,我国农村集体土地所有权仍存在主体不清晰、权能不完整、农村集体的利益被过度压低等一系列问题。要解决这些问题,我国应在制定《民法典》时明确农村集体为一种民事主体,赋予农村集体更为完整的土地所有权权能,规范征收制度并将土地收益真正归还农民。With the speeding up of urbanization in our country,the rural collective land becomes one of the important research issues.Current our country collective land ownership in the main body,power,there are quite a few drawbacks.With the analysis on the cause of the above disadvantages,clear from the main body of collective land ownership,improve the system of the power of the collective land ownership,standard on three aspects put forward the way to solve the problem.
