摘  要:将聚丙烯(PP)与4种不同片径的石墨烯微片(GNP)用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混制备PP/GNP纳米复合材料,研究不同片径GNP在PP基体中的微观形态以及对复合材料导电和导热性能的影响。结果表明:在GNP添加量同为12%的情况下,随着GNP片径的增大,纳米填料的分散性逐渐变差,团聚现象愈发严重;当填料片径为40μm时,对应的复合材料导电导热性能最好。The polypropylene (PP) and graphene nanoplatelet (GNP) with different flake sizes were mixed by a twin- screw extruder. The morphology of the PP/GNP composite with different GNP flake sizes nano fillers were studied, and its effect on the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity were also studied. The results showed that at the same GNP loading of 12% ,with the increase of the flake size,the dispersions of GNP were became worse and the agglomerations of GNP were more serious. Considering the properties test results, it was concluded that the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity properties of PP/GNP composite with GNP size of 40 μm was the best.
