摘 要:将苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)与聚丙烯(PP)在双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混,制备PP/SEBS共混物。利用透光率雾度测定仪、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、差示量热扫描仪、广角X射线衍射仪等对材料性能进行表证。实验表明:随着SEBS的加入,共混物结晶温度和结晶度降低,结晶区与非经晶区界面模糊,晶粒尺寸减少,共混物透光率逐渐增加,雾度降低;复合材料PP/SEBS拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率及低温冲击强度显著提高。Styrene ethylene/ butylene styrene block copolymer (SEBS) and polypropylene (PP) were melted in a twin screw extruder to prepare PP/SEBS blends. The material properties were texted by fog transmittance tester, polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope and differential thermal analyzer. The results showed that the crystallization temperature and crystallinity decreased, and the crystalline region and amorphous region interface between the crystalline region and amorphous region became vague with the addition of SEBS. In addition, the sphere crystal size decreased, and the transmittance of the blend increased gradually, and the haze decreased with the addition of SEBS; The tensile strength of composite material was decreased, and the elongation at break and the impact strength in low temperature of PP/SEBS were significantly improved.
