摘  要:随着介入医学的不断发展,医疗领域对医用多腔导管的需求日剧增加,多腔医用导管已经成为微挤出成型技术的研究热点。文章通过数值模拟正交试验设计聚合物多腔导管挤出机头,以挤出速度分布均匀性为目标函数来衡量流道的流动均匀性。利用Polyflow数值模拟,通过正交试验研究了不同流道主要结构参数及制品截面结构尺寸下聚合物熔体的挤出速度分布,根据目标函数确定挤出速度均匀性较好机头结构参数。结果表明:在导管截面面积不变的情况下,口模截面尺寸及流道结构参数是影响挤出机头设计的关键因素。With the development of interventional medical,the more medical multi lumen catheters were needed in the medical field, multi-lumen medical catheter had been become a focal point in the research field of micro extrusion forming technology. Extrusion dies of polymeric multi-lumens catheter was designed by orthogonal experiment of numerical simulation, the objective function was established by the uniformity of the extrusion velocity distribution to measure the flow uniformity of the flow channel. Main structural parameters of the flow channel and section structure size of catheter were conducted by the objective function of the extrusion velocity distribution, which was studied by Polyflow. So the optimal structural parameters of dies was got from the objective function. Results showed that in the case of section area of the catheter was unchanged, the size of the die section and the structural parameters of the channel were key factors to affect the design of the extrusion die.
