摘  要:详细介绍了更严NOx的排放要求带来的挑战及基于小孔分子筛(菱沸石)的铜基SCR催化剂技术(Cu-CHA),然后研究了催化剂的老化因素(如碳氢中毒、水热老化和硫中毒等)对该催化剂的影响,并通过试验对比研究了钒基SCR和大孔铁基分子筛(Fe-Beta)SCR技术,表明此Cu-CHA选择性还原技术具有优异的低温活性,并且该技术具有极高的热老化稳定性,对碳氢及硫中毒和中毒不太敏感。此外,介绍了铜基SCR在柴油车后处理上的不同应用,包括重柴柴油车DOC+CSF+Cu-SCR系统及轻型柴油车DOC+SCRoF系统等,认为Cu-CHA技术能够满足中国第六阶段排放法规提出的更严格的NOx的排放要求,且该技术安全又具有持续性。In view of china's increasingly stringent emission regulations will bring new challenges to reduce NOx emissions the technical characteristics of the Cu- CHA catalyst, and the effect of its deactivation factors (e. g., hydrocarbon poisoning, hydrothermal aging, sulfur poisoning, etc. )on the catalyst, as well as an experimental comparison between vanadium-based SCR and large pore iron zeolite (Fe-Beta) SCR technology are elaborated. It show that use of Chabazite zeolite Cu-SCR (Cu-CHA) strategies has excellent low temperature activity and very high thermal aging stibitity with less susceptibility to sulfur and hydrocarbon poisoning. Also, the extensive application of Cu-CHA technology in exhausit after-treatment systems of diesel vehicles has been discussed, including (DOC+CSF+Cu-SCR)system for heavy duty dicsel vehicles and (DOC +SCRoF) system for light duty diesel vehicles. It is concluded that the Cu-CHA strategies can offer a superior solution to help meet stringent NOx emission of china's stage TV emission regulations without compromising safety and sustainability.
