摘 要:试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)及结合粪肠球菌对肉鸡生长性能、血液抗氧化指标及养分表观消化率的影响。选用960只1日龄健康的AA肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,即抗生素组(基础日粮+20 mg/kg抗敌素+15 mg/kg速大肥)、处理1组(基础日粮+100 mg/kg GOD)、处理2组(基础日粮+200 mg/kg GOD)、处理3组(基础日粮+400 mg/kg GOD)、处理4组(基础日粮+100 mg/kg GOD+25 mg/kg粪肠球菌)、处理5组(基础日粮+200 mg/kg GOD+25 mg/kg粪肠球菌),每组8个重复,试验期42 d。结果表明:GOD对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响与其添加水平有关,且与粪肠球菌存在协同作用,处理5组的生长性能基本上能达到抗生素组的水平;GOD与粪肠球菌对血清SOD、CAT和GR活性及MDA含量无显著影响,但可提高GSH-Px活性,其中处理5组达显著水平(P<0.05);随着GOD添加水平的增加,干物质、能量和粗蛋白质的表观消化率逐步得到改善,在GOD的基础上添加粪肠球菌,养分表观消化率得到进一步改善。以上结果提示,饲粮添加GOD及粪肠球菌可在不同程度上改善肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力和养分表观消化率,且GOD与粪肠球菌存在协同作用,以200 mg/kg GOD+粪肠球菌的处理效果最接近于抗生素组。The exper/ment was conducted to investigate the effects of glucose oxidase (GOD) and enterococcus faecalis on growth performance, serum antioxidant parameters and apparent digestibility of nutrients in broilers. A total of nine hundred and sixty 1-day-old broliers were randomly assigned to six groups with 8 replicates per group and twenty broilers per replicate. The six treatments were antibiotic group (basal diets supplemented with 20 mg/kg Colistin and 15 mg/kg Stafac), group 1 (basal diets supplemented with 100 mg/kg GOD), group 2 (basal diets supplemented with 200 mg/kg 100 mg/kg GOD), group 3 (basa/diets supplemented with 400 mg/kg GOD), group 4 (basal diets supplemented with GOD and 25 mg/kg enterococcus faecalis) and group 5 (basal diets supplemented with 200 mg/kg GOD and 25 mg/kg enterococcus faecalis), respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed that the effects of GOD on growth performance were related to its levels in the broiler diets, and a cooperative action was observed in CAT and GR activities, and MDA content, but the GSH-Px activity could be enhanced. The GSH-Px activity of the 5 groups was higher than that of the antibiotic group (P〈0.05). The apparent digestibiliti of dry matter, energy and crude protein was gradually increased with the levels of GOD, and was improved furtherly by the addition of enterococcus faecalis. In conclusion, GOD and enterococcus faecalis could improve the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and apparent digestibility of nutrients in broilers, and GOD could work in coordination with enterococcus faecalis. Moreover, the supplementation of 200 mg/kg GOD and 25 mg/kg enterococcus faecalis had similar effect with antibiotics on broliers.
