摘  要:玉米新品种郧单19经过化调矮化药剂处理后,果穗穗长变短、行粒数减少、千粒重减少,导致玉米干子粒产量下降;化调矮化药剂处理能够明显降低株高和穗位高[1-10]。郧单19防倒伏安全生产采用化调矮化栽培,适宜施药时期为植株9叶期,过早施药几乎没有效果,过晚施药导致严重减产;适宜矮化药剂"金得乐"、"抗倒丰"较优于"玉黄金";适宜施药浓度为500倍液,加大施药浓度虽然可以增加矮化效率,但减产也越严重。本年度由于没有发生严重倒伏倒折现象(4个对照仅1个对照发生中度倒伏),化调矮化防倒增产的效果未能凸显。因此在生产上应用化调矮化栽培要慎重。After treated with the chemical regulated dwarfing technology,the dry weight of the maize variety YUNDAN 19 was decreased immediately,which was caused by the accumulated factors such as shorter ear length,less seeds number and declined TKW(Thousand Kernel Weight). This technology could also directly reduce the height of maize and its ear position.When using the chemical regulated dwarfing technology to prevent falling and assure safety production,we should spray the dwarfing regulator on its 9 leaf stage, avoiding untimely spraying without any effects or too late spraying induced serious reduction of production. The appropriate dwarfing regulator should be JINDELE and KANGDAOFENG that were superior to YUHUANGJIN. The appropriate concentration of dwarfing regulator in a water solution was 10 m L/5 kg,which were suggested by the producer. Increasing the concentration of dwarfing regulator could enhance dwarfing but also aggravate the reduction of production. In the plant testing of this year,there was no serious maize lodging(i.e.,only one of four maize varieties displayed moderate lodging),and the expected increasing production by using the chemical regulated dwarfing technology was not happened. So,we should be very circumspection when applying the chemical regulated dwarfing technology in the maize cultivation.
