摘 要:从自然界土壤中采集到一株可降解芝麻饼残油的菌种,经16S r DNA测定其序列后通过Gen Bank进行比对及聚类分析。结果表明,菌株16S r DNA长度为1 496 bp,聚类分析显示与枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的同源性达99%以上,该原始菌株经过以Co60为惟一放射源的辐射诱变,获得突变菌,编号为MT-26。经测定,MT-26的酶活力可达725 U/m L,并对其进行传代试验,证明其具有良好的遗传稳定性。The bacteria strain used in experiment was taken from the soil sample in absolutely nature. The 16 S r DNA sequence was analysed and clustered by Gen Bank. The results showed that 16 S r DNA length was 1 496 bp. The cluster analysis showed that the homology of Bacillus subtilis was more than 99%. After irradiation with Co60 as the only radioactive source,the original strain obtained the mutant bacteria listed as MT-26. The determination of enzyme activity in MT-26 was up to725 U / m L. It's proved that MT-26 had strong genetic stability.
