大别山区域旅游扶贫的实现路径探讨

摘　　要：依托大别山区丰富的旅游资源,加快产业化扶贫开发是促进地区经济社会跨越式发展的必然选择。结合国内外旅游扶贫开发实践,提出"以政府为主导,搭建旅游产业发展的平台;以社区参与为主线,构建旅游扶贫的利益共享机制;以当地居民为主体,提高社区居民从事旅游业的专业化水平;以大旅游为主业,提升旅游扶贫的整体效益"的大别山旅游扶贫开发路径。Relying on the rich tourism resources here,speed up the industrialization development is the inevitable choice to promote the leaping development of the regional economy. With the domestic and foreign practices of Pro-poor-tourism,the Realization Path of Pro-poor-tourism of Dabie Mountain is proposed in this thesis. Guiding by the government,to build a platform for the development of tourism industry; making the participation of community as the main line,to construct the the benefit sharing mechanism;letting local residents as the main body,to improve the tourism professional level of community residents who engaged in; starting from the tourism point of view,to enhance the overall benefit of the Pro-poor-tourism.
