品管圈在提高鼻内窥镜术后患者舒适度中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用品管圈提高鼻内窥镜术后患者舒适度的效果。方法:采用品管圈方法步骤,设计舒适度状况量表对术后患者舒适度进行调查,制定改善目标;采取头脑风暴法确定以加强鼻内窥镜手术健康教育、设计使用鼻罩、设计应用鼻内窥镜手术宣教流程和教育工具为手段开展改善工作。结果:品管圈活动后鼻内窥镜手术患者舒适度高实施前(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动,有利于规范临床护理工作,提高护理人员的管理能力和工作积极性,提高团队的凝聚力,最终提高患者的舒适度。Objective：To improve the degree of comfort of patients after endoscopic sinus surgery by the application of quality control circle. Methods：Using the quality control circle to design the comfort degree scale table to investigate the degree of comfort of patients and to make the improvement goal. Adopting the brainstorm method to strengthen the health education of nasal endoscopic surgery,design of the nasal mask as well as the design and application of teaching procedures and educational tools of endoscopic sinus surgery and to carry out these methods to improve work. Results：The degree of comfort of pa-tients after the implementation of quality control circle was significantly higher than that before（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Carrying out quality control circle activities is conducive to standardizing clinical nursing work,improving nursing staffˊs management ability and working enthusiasm and improving the whole teamˊs cohesion,therefore it ultimately can improved patient’s degree of comfort.
