便携式负压泵与中心负压对慢性创面负压封闭引流患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨便携式负压泵及中心负压对慢性创面负压封闭引流患者治疗期间生活质量的影响。方法:以自愿参加调查为前提,根据实际负压引流方式将在我科接受VAC治疗的慢性创面患者45例分为便携式负压泵组25例和中心负压组20例。采用心理与临床相结合的护理方法。在VAC治疗开始前1 d及结束前1 d,采用SF-36量表对两组患者生活质量进行比较。结果:两组患者出院时创面均痊愈,住院期间无并发症发生。便携式负压泵组患者在生理功能、生理职能、活力、精神健康等4个维度评分高于中心负压组患者(P<0.05)。结论:便携式负压泵能使患者更快地提高生活质量及恢复身体功能。心理及临床相结合的护理方法对慢性创面负压封闭引流患者的痊愈有积极作用。Objective：To explore the effect of portable negative pressure pump and central negative pressure on quality of life of patients during the treatment of chronic wound by vacuum sealing drainage. Methods：On the premise of voluntary participation in the survey,selected 45 patients with chronic wounds treated by VAC in our hospital and divided them into portable negative pressure pump group with 25 cases and central negative pressure group with 20 cases according to the actual negative pressure drainage method. The nursing method of psychological and clinical combination was applied. At one day before the VAS treatment and one day before the finish of VAC treatment,the quality of life were compared between the two groups by SF - 36 scale table. Results：The wounds were healed in both groups when discharged from the hospital. There was no complication during hospitalization. The scores of physical function, role physical,vitality and mental health of the negative pressure pump group were higher than those of the central negative pressure group（P 〈 0. 05）. Con-clusion：Portable negative pressure pump can improve the quality of life and restore the body function of the patients. The nursing method which combines psychology and clinical treatment has a positive effect on the recovery of patients with chronic wound treated by vacuum sealing drainage.
