摘　　要：散热一直是制约LED在车灯领域全面推广的关键技术。采用风扇模型来进行主动散热,对提高LED可靠性具有重要作用。结合当前LED散热风扇模型出现的噪声等问题,对LED散热的风扇模型产生的噪声进行了深入研究,这对后期LED采用主动散热具有一定的指导意义。thermal dissipation is always considered as the bottle-neck issue for the widespread promotion of LED technology on vehicle lamps. The active cooling with fan is always of great significance to improve the feasibility of LED. By presenting and analyzing the noise caused by fan which used on LED cooling, it is deeply investigated the measures for denoising. The measures and proposals will be of great significance for active cooling research in the future.
