摘  要:为了分析双金属复合管在液压胀形和拉拔法生产过程中的受力和变形状况,从双金属复合管受力分析的角度,以平面应变假定和理想弹塑性为材料模型,对双金属复合管液压成形过程进行了简化分析,建立了成形过程简化模型和有关力学公式,并验证了试验结果。研究结果表明,未考虑材料加工硬化时,预测结果与试验结果走势一致,且是试验结果的下限;考虑材料加工硬化时,预测结果与试验结果良好符合,所建立的预测公式能给出较好的预测结果。In order to analyze the stress and deformation situation of bimetallic composite pipe in hydro-forming and drawing method production process, from the aspect of bimetallic composite pipe in stress analysis, using plane strain assumption and ideal elastic-plastic material as material model, the bimetallic composite pipe hydro-forming process was conducted simplified analysis, sets up a simplified model of forming process and the related mechanical formula, and verified the test results. The results showed that , without considering material work hardening, the predicted results is consistent with the test result trend, and is the lower limit of the test result; considering material work hardening, the predicted result accords with the test result well, the established predicted formula can give better predicted results.
