摘  要:采用循环拉伸实验研究了新型近β型TLM钛合金(Ti-25Nb-3Zr-3M0—2Sn)超弹性特性,探讨了在不同预变形量(1%,2%,3%,3.7%(冷轧态为3.8%))下冷轧、固溶及时效处理对超弹性的影响。结果表明:回复应变比(R)与非弹性回复应变比(s)均随着预变形量的增大而降低,冷轧态具有较好的R值,而固溶态具有较好的S值。相比之下,690℃固溶有相对较好的R与s值;随着时效时间增加,R与s值降低,对超弹性不利。三种状态的弹性模量均随预变形量的增大而降低,最大的降幅可达20GPa。The super- elastic properties of the new β- type TLM titanium alloy (Ti- 25Nb- 3Zr- 3Mo- 2Sn) were studied by cyclic tensile test, and the effect of c01d rolling, solid solution and aging treatment on the properties with pre- strain (1%, 2%, 3%, 3. 7% (3.8%)) were investigated. The total recovery strain ratio (R) and the pseudo-elastic strain ratio (S) were decreased with the amount of pre-strain increased. The cold-rolled state has the higher R value, while the ST-states has the higher S value. In contrast, 690℃ ST-state has a relatively good R and S values. With the increase of ag- ing time, the R and S values are decreased, which is disadvantageous to the super elasticity. The elastic modulus of the three states decreases with the increase of the pre-strain, the largest decline is 20GPa.
