摘  要:以二甲基硅油、疏水气相二氧化硅和甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂组成的硅膏为主要成分,Span60-Tween60为乳化剂,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为增稠剂,经乳化剪切后得到性能优异的有机硅消泡剂。研究了各主要成分含量对消泡剂性能的影响,得到最优配方为:二甲基硅油(粘度为10 Pa·s)为21 wt%;疏水气相二氧化硅与甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂均为1.4 wt%;复合乳化剂(HLB值为10)为6.3 wt%;HPMC为0.5 wt%。基于该配方的有机硅消泡剂消、抑泡性能优于同类商业产品,且同时具有较好的稳定性。An efficient organosilicon defoamer was prepared by an emulsification process with the silicone paste as the major component, the Span60 - Tween60 mixture as the emulsifying agent, and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) as the thickener. The silicone paste was synthesized by the dimethyl silicone, the fumed silica and vinyl - substituted MQ silicone resin. The effects of different component contents on the properties of the defoamer was investigated, to obtain the optimal defoamer composition as follows: 21 wt% of the dimethyl silicone with a viscosity of 10 Pa · s, 1.4wt% of both fumed silica and vinyl- substituted MQ silicone resin, 5.3 wt% of the mixed emulsifying agent with the HLB value of 10, and 0.5 wt% of the thickener. The results showed that the organosilicon defoamer possessed more promising defeaming/antifoaming properties than the commercial products, and moreover, it also had good stability.
