摘  要:井冈山经济技术开发区深圳大桥是一座跨3条铁道的城市立交桥,为适应地形需要,将三跨8片预制T形梁优化为两跨4片波形钢腹板PC组合梁;为满足作业时间要求采用顶推施工方案。结构受力分析结果表明:该方案解决了因溶洞桩基承载力不足危及铁路及桥梁安全的问题;缩短了施工周期,解决了施工时受铁路营运时间的客观限制;波形钢腹板PC组合梁改善了预应力混凝土板易出现裂缝的问题,且结构受力合理。Shenzhen Bridge of Jinggangshan economic and technological development area is an urban overpass bridge across three railway lines,in order to meet the terrain needs,the original three-span 8 pieces of precast T-beam was optimal designed as two-span 4 pieces of PC composite beam with corrugated steel web jacking construction scheme. The results of the analysis showed that the problem that the serious shortage of bearing capacity of pile foundation is the main reason for endangering the safety of railway and bridge was solved. The problem that the construction scheme was restricted by operating time of railway traffic was solved and shortens construction period. PC composite beams with corrugated steel web improved the problem that the traditional prestressed concrete plate was easy to crack with reasonable stress.
