摘　　要：制动器机械部件是制动器的执行机构,直接影响着制动器最终输出的制动力矩,关乎着设备本体、乘用人员以及作业人员的安全。本文结合两起事故案例,深入剖析制动器机械部件存在的风险,如机械部件冗余度不足、运动部件非正常磨损等。针对以上风险开展对策研究,进一步落实维保单位的电梯性能安全的主体责任,从而避免伤害事故的再次发生。Mechanical component of break is the actuator of the brake, directly affects the final output of brake braking torque, relating to the safety of the equipment, the passenger and the operator. Combining with the two accidents cases, this paper deeply analyzed the risk of the existence of mechanical components of the brake, such as mechanical parts lack of redundancy, abnormal wear of moving parts; carried out countermeasures against these risks, further implemented the main responsibility for the maintenance unit of the elevator safety performance, to avoid the recurrence of injury accidents.
