摘 要:目的探讨某部新兵心理应激、应对方式与训练倦怠之间的关系,并检验应对方式的中介作用。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取某部新兵420名,运用新兵训练倦怠自评问卷、军人心理应激问卷和简易应对方式问卷进行调查,使用结构方程模型验证中介作用。结果新兵训练倦怠总分及身心耗竭、训练疏离、低成就感得分别为(27.48±6.16)分、(12.02±3.72)分、(5.62±2.18)分、(9.84±3.14)分,训练倦怠发生率为13.0%。训练倦怠总分为低分、中间分、高分的新兵积极应对得分差异呈显著递减趋势(F=11.197,P<0.01),训练倦怠总分为低分、中间分、高分的新兵心理应激、消极应对得分差异呈显著递增趋势(F值分别为48.800、23.018,P<0.01)。心理应激、应对方式对训练倦怠有预测作用(t值分别为9.533、-6.700、6.421),可解释其总变异的40.0%。心理应激通过消极应对间接影响训练倦怠,其部分中介效应量为0.11,占总效应的18.3%;通过积极应对的部分中介效应量为0.046,占总效应的8.6%。结论新兵训练倦怠发生率为13.0%,心理应激和应对方式是训练倦怠的2个重要影响因素;应对方式在心理应激与训练倦怠间具有部分中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship among recruits' psychological stress, coping style and training burnout, and to verify the mediating effect of coping style. Methods A total of 420 recruits were chosen by random cluster sampling and measured with Recruits Training Burnout Self-assessment Questionnaire, Soldiers' Psychological Stress Test, and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, structural equation modeling was used to verify the mediating effect. Results The total score of recruits' training burnout and the scores of exhaustion of body and mind, training alienation, low sense of achievement were (27.48 ± 6. 16 ), ( 12. 02 ± 3.72 ), ( 5.62 ±2. 18 ) and ( 9. 84 ± 3. 14), respectively. The incidence rate of training burnout was 13.0%. With the recruits' training burnout scores were low, middle, and high, their positive coping scores showed significant decreasing trend ( F = 11. 197, P 〈 0. 01 ) , while their psychological stress and negative coping scores showed significant increasing trend (F values were 48. 800 and 23. 018, respectively; P 〈 0.01 ). Psycholog- ical stress and coping style had predictive effect on training burnout ( t values were 9. 533, - 6. 700 and 6. 421, respective- ly) , which can explained 40.0% of the total variation. The psychological stress played a mediating role on training burnout via negative coping style, the partial mediating effect was 0. 11, accounting for 18.3% of the total effect. The psychological stress played a mediating role on training burnout via passive coping style, the partial mediating effect was 0. 046, account- ing for 8.6% of the total effect. Conclusion The incidence rate of training burnout was 13.0%, psychological stress and coping style were two important influencing factors of training burnout. Coping style had a partial mediating effect between psychological stress and training burnout.
