摘　　要：从2008年开始,我国政府在总结各地经验的基础上,决定扩大"大学生村官"的聘用规模。双创时代,大学生村官作为新农村建设的骨干力量,鼓励大学生村官创业富民具有重要意义。本文立足于大学生村官岗位创业认知的现状,从政府、高校、社会媒介以及村官相关利益主体构建大学生村官岗位创业的培养机制。From the beginning of 2008, Chinese government, based on summing up experience of different places, decided to expand the employment scale of ＂college student village officials＂. Under the background of ＂Public Entrepreneurship, Peoples Innovation＂, it is of great significance to encourage college students, the backbone of new rural construction, to start business and enrich people. In this paper, based on the status of college students＂ cognition of village official sand ventures, we try to construct the training mechanism of college student village officials from the aspects of government, universities, social media and the relevant interest subjects.
