摘　　要：该文介绍了观摩"环太平洋-2016"联合演习人道主义救援演练的情况和演习的主要特点,并结合我军参加人道主义医学救援情况进行了思考,提出:1发挥军队救援优势,加强军地联合;2推广直升机转运,展开立体救援;3实行阶梯救治,分级诊疗;4规范演练流程,完善救治标准;5设置药品器材库,预制应急救援物资等。This paper is intended to describe the main features of the humanitarian aid exercises on RIMPAC -2016. There′re some proposals to be put forward based on the reflection of Chinese humanitarian aid exercises , such as exploiting the advantages of military aid and strengthening military and civilian integration popularizing helicopter transportation and establishing the stereoscopic emergency system , implementing stepped care and classification diagnosis and treatment , regulating the exercise process and improving the standard of treatment , setting up medical supply depots and prefabricating emergency relief supplies.
