摘　　要：该文介绍了参观美、澳两国3艘大型两栖攻击登陆舰艇医疗区域情况,探讨了其医疗舱室设计的特点,并结合卫勤保障实际进行思考,提出战术指标决定医疗装备配备,以医疗保障为核心的设计理念,以及平台内可拓展的医疗保障能力等观点。This paper is intended to describe the design characteristics of the medical section cabins by investigating three amphibious assault/landing ships of the United States Navy and Australia Navy .Considering the realities in medical services of PLA Navy , we have drawn the following conclusions：the medical armamentarium is determined by the strategic location of each ship , design centers on clinical care , the capability and capacity of medical services are flexible and ex-tendable on ships of this level .
