摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆优选图书供应商建立一套完整的评价体系。[方法/过程]建立高校图书供应商多级评价指标体系;基于属性间具有优先权的多属性决策理论与方法,采用具有优先权的二元语义及其集结算子决策模型,对图书供应商进行排序和优选。[结果/结论]该方法可有效解决图书供应商选择中出现的各属性间具有不同优先等级以及属性值无法量化的问题,具有较强的实用性和可操作性。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for selecting book suppliers of uni- versity library. [Method/process IT he paper constructs a book supplier＇s multi-stage evaluation indices system, bases on prioritized multiple attributes decision-making theory and adopts prioritized two-tuple linguistic aggregated operator models, to rank and select book suppliers. [Result/conclusion]The method with practicability and feasibility can effectively solve some problems occurred in book suppliers＇ selection, including different priorities of attributes and unquantifiable attribute values.
