摘  要:为实现对客运站机电设备的状态维修,采用谐波分析法,通过实时监测各次谐波特征值,并与专家库中故障实例进行比对,得到机电设备及传动机构的劣化程度,达到实时监测当前设备的健康状态,并预测未来设备的劣化趋势的目的。采用该技术可将车站机电设备原来的定时检修变成按照设备状态进行维修,既可保证设备状态良好,又可通过有重点的设备检修降低设备维修的工作量及维修成本。通过对谐波检测方法进行试验验证,证明了该方法的有效性及实用性。In order to realize the state maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipment of passenger station, a harmonic diagnosing method is the method to judge a deterioration of an electric facility and transmission mechanisms by monitoring key values of each order of current harmonics and comparing with expert database. The final target of harmonic diagnosing method is to determine the health status in real time and predict deterioration tendency of facilities. Therefore, the maintenance methods change into the condition-based maintenance instead of formerly periodical maintenance. By harmonic diagnosing method, the workload of equipment maintenance and maintenance cost can be reduced through determining the key equipment to maintain. Finally, we prove the validity and practicability of the method by experimental verification.
