摘  要:编组站是铁路枢纽的核心,其行车作业人员岗位的合理配置是保证编组站运输有序、高效运转的重要因素。为推动编组站综合自动化系统应用后行车作业岗位配置的规范化和科学化,在分析应用编组站综合自动化系统后车站到达、解体、编组和出发作业流程的基础上,考虑到编组站站型、列车作业类型、到发均衡性等因素,提出编组站行车作业人员岗位配置优化方案及岗位配置模型,并利用新丰镇、武汉北、兰州北和柳州南站数据进行验算,证明模型能够比较准确地计算编组站所需配置的值班员数量,为今后应用编组站综合自动化系统的编组站行车作业人员岗位配置提供参考。The marshalling station is the core of the railway, and the rational allocation of its operating personnel is an important factor to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the station. To better regulate the setting of operation-related staff upon the application of Synthetic Automation of Marshalling Yard, the paper analyzes the train arrival, break-up, formation and departure processes of the station after the system is applied. Fully considering the marshalling yard types, the operation of trains, and volume of ardval and departure, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme for staff configuration and the corresponding model. Finally it uses the data of Xinfengzhen, Wuhan North, Lanzhou North and Liuzhou South Stations to verify that the model can accurately calculate the number of staff required, which is of reference to future application of the system and the post configuration.
