摘  要:使用端羟基超支化聚酯(HBP)改善形状记忆树脂体系在室温和赋形温度下的拉伸性能。研究表明,当HBP加入量低于5%时,形状记忆环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)出现轻微的下降;超过这一比例后,Tg随HBP加入量的增加逐渐提高。此外,形状记忆环氧树脂的拉伸性能得到了显著改善,在室温下,树脂的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度可分别提高14.6%和7.6%,在赋形温度下,二者可分别提高27.7%和57.3%。电镜观察显示,当加入量较低时,HBP与环氧/酸酐体系完全相容,改性效果显著;而加入量大于10%时,HBP在树脂体系中形成相分离,改性效果较差。Hydroxyl terminated hyperbranched polyester was used to improve the tensile properties of DGEBA/anhydride shape memory resin at room and deformation temperatures.The research showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg)was decreased slightly when the amount of HBP was lower than 5%.After that,Tg got raised gradually.The tensile properties of shape memory epoxy resin were improved effectively with the addition of HBP.The elongation at break and tensile strength at room temperature were promoted by 14.6% and7.6% separately.Besides,the elongation at break and tensile strength at deformation temperature were increased by 27.7% and 57.3% at most.SEM analysis showed that when the HBP was introduced in a relatively low amount,the DGEBA/anhydride/HBP system formed into homogeneous phase.But when the amount of HBP was larger than 10%,the phase separation in resin system appeared and the ductility was not improved.
