依托农民专业合作社推进农村贫困户脱贫致富的实践与思考——以信阳市为例

摘　　要：近年来,信阳市依托农民专业合作社推进农村贫困户脱贫致富成绩显著,但也存在一些问题亟需改进。可通过创新经营机制,壮大合作社实力;创新信贷机制,发挥扶贫政策的杠杆功能;创新利益联结机制,保障入社农户利益;创新服务引导机制,加强宣传培训促进农民专业合作社带动农村贫困户脱贫致富。In recent years,Xinyang rely on farmers＇ professional cooperatives to promote the rural poor out of poverty to get rich,and has reached outstanding achievements,but there are also some problems in dire need of improvement. We can promote the poor to get rich by innovating management mechanism and expanding the cooperative strength,innovating credit mechanism and playing the function of poverty alleviation policy leverage,innovating benefit coupling mechanism and protecting the interests of farmers into the club,innovating services guide mechanism and strengthening the publicity and training.
