噻苯隆对铁皮石斛侧芽萌发的影响

摘　　要：以铁皮石斛为试材,研究了噻苯隆(TDZ)对一年生铁皮石斛侧芽萌发和生长的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,1.5 mg/L TDZ处理可以增加铁皮石斛侧芽萌发个数,对侧芽和气生根的生长均有明显的抑制作用,同时,TDZ处理也抑制了气生根的形成,但对侧芽叶绿素的含量没有显著影响。因此,1.5 mg/L TDZ处理可以促进铁皮石斛侧芽萌发。The effects of thidiazuron（ TDZ） on lateral bud germination of D. candidum were investigated. The results indicated that the treatments of 1. 5 mg / L TDZ increased the number of lateral buds,but the growth of lateral buds and roots were inhibited significantly compared with the controls. Moreover,TDZ treatment also inhibited the formation of gas rooting. There was no significant change in the contents of chlorophyll of lateral buds of TDZ- treated D. candidums and controls. Therefore,the germination of lateral bud could be promoted by the treatments of 1. 5 mg / L TDZ.
