摘 要:以粉碎的石灰石与壤土配制成不同石砾含量的栽培基质,用于降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera)的人工栽培。通过测定栽培基质对降香黄檀幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,评价降香黄檀幼苗对不同石砾含量栽培基质的适应性,探讨降香黄檀在石漠化治理中的应用前景。结果表明,不同石砾含量栽培基质对降香黄檀幼苗生长及生理有显著影响,降香黄檀幼苗对贫瘠的石漠化土壤环境能够适应,体现出较强的耐贫瘠性。降香黄檀在石漠化土壤环境中具有较强的适应性,在石漠化治理中具有较好的应用前景。The cultivation medium made from limestone and soil was used to the artificial cultivation of Dalbergia odorifera.The Dalbergia odorifera's adaptability to different cultivation medium could be evaluated by measuring the growth and physiology indexes,which was used to discuss the prospect of desertification control. The research results showed that the cultivation medium with different grave content has significant effects on the growth and physiology of Dalbergia odorifera seedlings. It was also proved that the Dalbergia odorifera seedlings could make active respose to adapt to the rock desertification environment. Therefore,it had a nice application prospect of desertification control.
