8种水生植物导管解剖学比较观察

摘　　要：利用导管分子离析及光学显微技术,对8种水生植物茎部的导管分子进行了比较解剖学研究。结果表明,8种水生植物的导管分子特征存在着较大差异,这些差异与其生活方式有关,同时也与其耐旱程度有关,为进一步研究水生植物的分类及其应用提供理论依据。Vessel elements of stems in 8 species of aquatic plants were examined using segregation and optical microscopy.The results showed that there were obvious differences in vessel elements of varieties of aquatic plants. These differences not only related to their way of life, but also related to their drought resistance. The results provided theory basis for classification and application of aquatic plants.
