摘 要:利用PEG-6000溶液模拟水分胁迫(水势梯度为-0.2^-1.0 MPa),研究繁花杜鹃种子萌发过程中对水分的需求特征。结果表明,在水分胁迫下,繁花杜鹃种子的发芽时间推迟,萌发周期延长,萌发指数Gi、活力指数Vi随着水势的降低而递减,幼苗生物量降低,胚根增长,胚芽变短,根芽比(R/P)增大;繁花杜鹃种子在萌发期对水分的依赖性较强,以出苗阶段对干旱敏感性最大,对水分要求最高,即水势不能低于-0.6 MPa。本研究为杜鹃花的繁育、种子萌发调控机制的阐述提供了理论依据。Requirements of water in the process of Rhododendron floribundum seed germination was studied under different water stresses(water potential gradient:-0.2 --1.0 MPa) simulated by PEG-6000. Under water stresses,germination time was delayed and germination period was prolonged. At the same time, values of germination index(GI) and vigor index(VI) reduced. Biomass of seedlings was also decreased. Meanwhile, the radicle and plumule ratio(R / P) was increased with the enhancement of water stress. Rhododendron seeds have a strong dependence on water during the whole germination period,especially seedling stage. The lowest water requirements of R. floribundum seed germination was estimated to be-0.6 MPa. This research will provide theoretical basis for further seedling breeding and regulation mechanism of R. floribundum and other Rhododendron species seed germination.
