摘 要:以软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)枝条萌发的幼芽为外植体,以MS为基础培养基,添加不同质量浓度的细胞分裂素6-BA、生长素NAA和IBA,探索了软枣猕猴桃的离体快速繁殖技术。结果表明,软枣猕猴桃丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA+30 g/L蔗糖,p H为5.8~6.0,在此条件下,其平均增殖系数为4.69,且诱导的无菌苗健壮;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.4 mg/L IBA+30 g/L蔗糖+2.0 g/L活性炭,生根率达100%,且根系健壮、数量繁多。Using bud of Actinidia arguta branches germination as explants,with MS as basic culture medium by adding different mass concentration cytokinin 6-BA, auxin NAA and IBA,the micropropagation in vitro technology of A. arguta was explored. The results showed that the optimum proliferation medium of shoot cluster was MS+2.0 mg / L 6-BA+0.2 mg / L IBA+30g / L sucrose,and p H was 5.8 to 6.0. Under this condition,the average multiplication coefficient was 4.96 with vigorous aseptic seedling. The best rooting medium was 1 / 2MS+0.4 mg / L IBA+30 g / L sucrose+2.0 g / L activated carbon,at these condition,the rooting rate was 100%,and the roots were well developed and had great quantity.
