摘 要:通过测定20、25、30℃温度下穿心莲[Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees]种子不同萌发阶段的可溶性糖、粗脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉、氨基酸含量及SOD、POD、CAT活性,分析不同温度下种子萌发各阶段生理生化特性。结果表明,不同温度下,随着穿心莲种子的萌发进程,种子萌发各阶段可溶性糖、粗脂肪、淀粉含量变化趋势基本相同;而可溶性蛋白质含量在20、25℃条件下先减小后增加,30℃先增加后减小;过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性整体都表现出先增加后下降趋势,但变化程度有所差异。25℃处理下种子在伸长阶段后储藏物质的转化利用要高于20、30℃处理下种子,在穿心莲种子的萌发过程中,推荐以25℃为适宜温度。Dynamic changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of Andrographis paniculata(Burm. f.) Nees seed germination at different temperatures were analyzed by measuring the contents of soluble sugar,crude fat,protein,starch,amino acids and the activity of SOD,POD,CAT at 20,25 and 30 ℃,respectively at the different seed germination stages. Results showed that at different temperatures,with the Andrographis paniculata(Burm. f.) Nees seed germination process,the content changing trend of the soluble sugar,crude fat, starch of seed germination was basically the same. The soluble protein content was decreased at 20 ℃ and 25 ℃,and then decreased,but the opposite at 30 ℃,the activity of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) increased firstly and then decreased,but the degree of variation were different. After elongation stage,transformation of substance storage use of the germination of seeds at 25 ℃ was higher than 20 ℃ and 30 ℃,it was recommended to 25 ℃ for optimum temperature in Andrographis paniculata(Burm. f.) Nees seeds germination.
